The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Amenity Area Review Study – City of Kingston
Dillon Consulting Ltd. was retained to study the City's policies and regulations on providing amenity areas in multi-unit residential developments within the city. The study will provide background research, analysis, and recommendations to the Planning and Development Department to amend existing policies and regulations or implement new policies and provisions towards regulating amenity areas. This is a Non-Statutory Public Meeting to
present the draft Amenity Area Review Study and to allow for public review and comment.

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to allow for a third unit within the existing two unit structure.
218 University Ave. - Rebekka Young – D14-052-2013
Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit a second dwelling unit by constructing an addition to the rear of the dwelling unit and renovate the existing structure. The proposal consists of two, 4 bedroom units with one occupying the second floor and the other occupying the ground floor.
3040 Babcock Rd. – Bell Mobility Inc. – D11-028-2013
Application for Site Plan Control to permit a communications tower and equipment shelter to be constructed at the northern portion of the subject property. The site is bounded by agricultural lands and residential lots along Babcock Road to the west of Orser Road to the north.

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit 6 residential units located in the cellar and amend the Zone to permit the units, increase the maximum density and to permit the dwelling units in a cellar.
