The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to rezone the subject property to permit the two existing dwelling units located in the basement; one in each side of the existing semi-detached dwelling. The property presently contains four dwelling units; however the two units located in the basement are not permitted under the current zoning on the property.

1006 Portsmouth Ave. – Gary Lupton – D14-051-2013

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit a third dwelling unit within the existing structure and also to permit tandem parking; to reduce the required play space; and, to reduce the required south side yard to recognize the existing location of the building.
