The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.

495-513 Frontenac St. – Patry Enterprises – D14-055-2013

An application for a zoning by-law amendment. The applicant is proposing to demolish the existing buildings on the site and construct a four and a half storey residential development containing 76 units. The multiple family residential use is currently permitted on the subject lands. The proposed amendments include a reduction in the rear yard setback, side yard setback, aggregate side yard, front yard setback, amenity area, and number of parking spaces, size of parking spaces, elimination of the play space requirement and increase the maximum density and lot occupancy.

This site is also subject to an Official Plan Amendment application (D09-035-2008) and a Site Plan Control application (D11-322-2010), both of which have been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board by the applicant.
