The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.
530 Maple Lawn Dr. – M & E Holdings – D09-014-2014, D12-017-2014, D14-066-2014
Applications for Official Plan Amendment, Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit five rural estate residential lots serviced by individual private well and septic systems. The applications request to amend the ‘Rural' designation and Restricted Agricultural Zone ‘A1' to an ‘Estate Residential' designation zone. Further amendments to the proposed zone provisions are requested to reduce the minimum lot area of two lots.

Applications for Draft Plan Approval and Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit 25 single family dwelling lots and 24 semi-detached dwelling lots, which will accommodate a total of 73 dwelling units.

547 Gardiners Rd. – 672 Golden Mile Road Inc. - D14-056-2013
Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to decrease the required setback to a railway right-of-way and remove the holding zone provision. The applicant is proposing to construct a car service centre closest to Gardiners Road and two additional commercial buildings to the west.
