Application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment to demolish the existing buildings and construct a four-storey mixed-use building with approximately 365 square metres of commercial space on the ground floor and second floor and two studio, two one-bedroom, and two two-bedroom residential units on the third and fourth floors.

1292 Highway 15 – Great Oak Montessori – D14-091-2014

Application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment to permit a private school and day nursery uses on the subject site within the existing building.

885 Haverhill Dr. – Dorothy Hector – D14-087-2014

Application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment to allow a second residential unit in a single-detached house.

1122 John Counter Blvd. – Fort Henry Investments – D14-093-2014

Application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment to permit the development of a Business Park with approximately nine (9) buildings and a commercial gas station with a car wash and convenience store.

36-52 Cliff Cres. – Kingston Frontenac Housing – D14-094-2014

Application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment to allow development of a new four-storey apartment building containing 27 residential units. The proposed development is also the subject of a consent application that would establish a separate 0.23 hectare parcel to be known as 52 Cliff Crescent.

Application for a Zoning Bylaw Amendment to reduce the lot area and rear yard setback requirements. The purpose of this request is to support the severance of the lot to permit the construction of a single-detached residential unit with frontage on Linton Street.

1374 Andersen Dr. – Caraco Development Corporation - D12-005-2013

Application for Draft Plan of Subdivision to create 136 single-detached dwelling lots, 20 semi-detached dwelling lots, 56 townhouse lots, a 0.81 ha park, a block for mixed-use or commercial uses, a stormwater management pond and the extension of five municipal roads.
