The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.
2192-2196 Swanfield St. –Shannon Green - D14-088-2014
Application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment to permit a second residential unit or as they are commonly referred to, a secondary suite in the lower level of each of the existing dwellings.
221 Concession St. – Oomen's Glass – D14-103-2014
Application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment to permit additional commercial uses on the subject property.

180/182 Bagot St. & 111 William St. – Mac Gervan and Associates – D14-077-2014
Application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment to construct a new dwelling with frontage on Bagot Street and renovate the building known as 111 William St. as a single unit dwelling. The building known as 180/182 Bagot St. is proposed to remain a doctor's office on the ground floor, with a single residential unit spanning the second and third floors. The applicant has filed consent applications corresponding to the proposed development.
