Revised application for zoning bylaw amendment to amend the institutional zone to a general industrial zone in Zoning Bylaw Number 76-26 in order to permit industrial uses including a warehouse, self-storage, outdoor storage and an existing automobile body shop, and an accessory dwelling unit.

1110-1150 Gardiners Rd. - 1025970 Ontario Limited – D09-027-2015 - D14-112-2015

Applications for Official Plan amendment and zoning bylaw amendment to amend the Official Plan for the portion of both properties within the ‘General Industrial' designation to result in a ‘business park industrial' designation across both properties. The proposed zoning bylaw amendment is requested to replace the current restricted general industrial zoning (‘M6' and ‘M6-3' zones) in Zoning Bylaw Number 76-26, with a site-specific business park Industrial ‘BP' zone. The zoning bylaw amendment application requests a change in the range of uses and to
incorporate relief from front and side yard requirements, landscaped open space requirements and parking requirements and standards.

Applications for Official Plan amendment and zoning bylaw amendment to amend the Official Plan and rezone the subject property to permit the expansion of the Shortall Pit by adding the adjacent 8.8 hectares and 8.3 hectares parcels of land to the north and south of the existing pit site, respectively. The expansion lands that are subject to the Official Plan amendment are designated ‘Rural'. The application seeks to change the Official Plan designation of these lands to ‘Mineral Resource Area'. The rezoning application seeks to rezone the lands from the general rural ‘A2' zone to the extractive industrial ‘MX' zone of the former Township of Pittsburg Zoning
Bylaw Number 32-74.

Applications for Official Plan amendment and zoning bylaw amendment to amend the Official Plan designation and zoning of Lot 52 for the proposed development of a three half-storey townhouse building with three residential units.

326 Bagot St. – Anna Lane Co-operative Development Corporation – D07-004-2014

Application for final plan of condominium to register a multiple family dwelling containing 115 units as a condominium.
