The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to establish a site-specific neighbourhood commercial zone ‘C1' to recognize the existing uses and to expand the list of permitted neighbourhood commercial uses. A number of site-specific provisions are also requested. A holding symbol is proposed for a laundromat; medical offices; and personal service shop.

Applications for Official Plan amendment and Zoning Bylaw amendment to permit an office use within the former Portsmouth Town Hall building to facilitate the establishment of a small business accelerator for start-up businesses.

Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to rezone the property from the Institutional zone to a sitespecific general industrial zone in Zoning Bylaw Number 76-26 in order to permit rural industrial uses limited to a warehouse, self-storage, open storage and an existing automobile body shop, and an accessory dwelling unit.
