51 Potter St. – Tamarack (Cataraqui West) Corp. – D12-001-2013 & D14-005-2013
Applications for Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-Law Amendment to subdivide and zone the subject lands for the purpose of developing a 51 lot residential subdivision.

326 Alfred St. – 326 Alfred Street Ltd. – Applicant – D14-016-2013
Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to amend the existing zone provisions regarding the maximum number of bedrooms.

188 Ordnance St. – BPE Developments – D14-011-2013
Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit the establishment of habitable space in the cellar. The applicant is proposing to convert the existing single family dwelling into four separate dwelling units in accordance with the Zoning By-Law.
