The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to reduce the minimum lot area; front yard; aggregate side yard; rear yard; and, to increase the maximum permitted lot coverage.

2185 Perth Rd. – Cruickshank Properties Corp. – D09-002-2013 & D14-004-2013

Applications for Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-Law Amendment to discontinue the quarry use; permit the continuation of the industrial use; permit a single dwelling; and, zone to recognize water area.

999 Purdy's Mill Rd. – IBI Group – D14-220-2011 & D12-064-2012

Applications for Zoning By-Law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision permit the construction of 3 residential apartment towers ranging in height from 18 to 20 storeys with a total of 705 dwelling units.
