Lyndenwood Phase 5 – Caraco Development Corporation – D12-005-2013

Application for Draft Plan of Subdivision with 120 single detached lots, six (6) semi-detached lots, 57 townhouse lots, a commercial block, a park block, and a stormwater management block.

450 Frontenac St. – Greg Bowman – D14-019-2013

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to convert the single detached dwelling into two dwelling units. The new unit is proposed to be situated in a cellar.

36 Cliff Cres. – Summit Telecom Services – D11-006-2013

Application for Site Plan Control to construct a 29.9 metre (98 foot) monopole wireless "flagpole" tower and equipment shelter located within a 5m by 10m compound to be constructed at the northeast corner of the property addressed as 36 Cliff Cres.

Information Report – Central Accommodation Review: Regulating Bedrooms – Other Ontario Municipalities – D04-004-2011

This report provides an update on how five other Ontario municipalities, who host  postsecondary educational institutions, have been regulating the number of bedrooms in residential dwelling units.

Approval of the application for an Initial Study Grant under the Community Improvement Plan for 579, 601, 605 & 611 Princess Street and 510 Frontenac St.

740 Augusta Dr. – G.C. L. Developments Ltd. – D11-007-2012

Application for Site Plan Control to permit the construction of a three storey, 41-unit residential apartment building consisting of six one (1) bedroom units and thirty-five two (2) bedroom units. The typical unit size be 112m2. A total of 52 parking spaces, including four barrier free spaces, are proposed to be located on the north side of the property to the rear of the building.
