Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit a second dwelling unit within the existing row house that is not currently permitted in the One and Two Family ‘A' Zone.
394-396 Princess St. and 155 Division St. – Doreta Apparel Shop Limited – D14-027-2013
Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit additional storeys to the existing building located on the subject property to provide a total of 20 residential units and maintain the commercial uses on the ground floor.
222 Stuart St. & 28 Albert St. – Queen's University – D14-013-2013
Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit a nine-storey (not including the mechanical penthouse), 272-bed residence on the Albert Street property and a five-storey (not including the mechanical penthouse), 274-bed residence on Stuart Street.
165 Wellington St. – BPE Development – D14-026-2013
Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to renovate the existing structure to include two new storeys to be added to the existing building. The ground floor will remain commercial, and the upper floors will be converted to 11 residential units. The application requests to amend the C1-3 zone to allow for encroachment into the angular plane; eliminate the requirement for residential parking; eliminate the requirement for children's play space, and increase density.

Application for Site Plan Control to permit the development of a multi-storey mixed use residential/commercial building with underground parking. The subject property is designated ‘Main Street Commercial' in the Official Plan and is zoned Holding Special Central Business District and Upper Princess Street ‘C.421-H' Zone in Zoning By-Law No. 8499.
