The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below

Public Meetings

263 Weller Ave. - Kingston Community Health Centres – D09-007-2013 & D14-030-2013

Applications for Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit
additional uses including administrative office space; a clinic; a day care centre; a
community centre, a community garden, while recognizing and permitting the existing
commercial uses and community facilities.

1136 Lisa St. – Michael LaFleur – D14-028-2013

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment as a result of a condition of consent approval
to rezone the property to permit residential development.

City Initiated Zoning Amendment – Conversion Policies

The City has initiated an Amendment to Zoning By-law No. 8499 to remove provisions
that allow for the conversion of single family homes to two-unit and multi-unit dwellings.

Williamsville Main Street Study – Official Plan & Zoning By-Law Amendments

The purpose of the proposed amendments is to implement the recommendations of the
Williamsville Main Street Study. The report summarizes all comments received on the
file, reviews the policies and regulations applicable to the main street area, and provides
a staff recommendation regarding the proposed amendments.

326 Alfred St. – D14-015-2013

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment, to amend the existing zone provisions
regarding the maximum number of bedrooms and include a definition of bedroom.
Registered Plan 13M-85 – Greenwood Park Limited Partnership – D14-010-2013
Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to reduce lot frontage and rear yard depth
for Lots 103 to 112.

Administrative Amendment – Site Plan Control

This administrative amendment is to modify the Site Plan Control By-Law to include
three-unit residential developments as a subject to Site Plan Control.

363, 365 & 367 Johnson St. – Highpoint Developments Inc. – D14-238-2012

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit the establishment of 10 residential
dwelling unit and to reduce the required yard setbacks, the total number of required
parking spaces, reduce the required amenity space and eliminate the required play space.

301-303 Sydenham St. – BPE Development – D14-003-2013

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to convert the existing duplex to a multiple
family dwelling containing six units.

637-655 Johnson St. – Golden Dragon Ho 7 Inc. – D11-384-2012 & D14-246-2012

Application for Site Plan Control and Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit the
construction of a multi-family development consisting of a total of 28 dwelling units.
