The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.
2185 Perth Road, Elginburg – Xplornet Communications Inc. – D11-414-2012
Application for Site Plan Control to permit a 45 metre (150 foot) self-supporting communications tower to be constructed on the lands known as the Cruikshank Quarry and to be located at the northeast side at the existing quarry pond.
4076 Highway 2 East – Xplornet Communications Inc. – D11-415-2012
Application for Site Plan Control to permit a 45 metre (150 foot) self-supporting communications tower to be constructed on the lands known as 4076 Highway 2. The property is located on the north side of Highway 2 East and is situated between Resort Road to the west and MacAlpine Road to the east.

Application for Site Plan Control to permit a 45 metre (150 foot) self-supporting communications tower to be constructed on the lands known as 1183 Middle Rd. The property is located on the south side of Middle Road and is situated between Butternut Creek Road to the west and Ironwood Road to the east.
5636 Highway 15 – Xplornet Communications Inc. – D11-417-2012
Application for Site Plan Control to permit a 45 metre (150 foot) self-supporting communications tower to be constructed on the lands known as 5639 Highway 15. The property is located on the south side of Highway 15 and is situated between Leo Lake Road to the north and Brewers Mill Road to the south.

Information Report re: City of Kingston, 2010 Urban Residential Growth & Density Study
This information report introduces the City of Kingston, 2010 Urban Residential Growth and Density Study and details the study's purpose, background, format, and methodology, approach and a future density monitoring program. The study document, which focusses on the numbers of urban dwelling units in 2006 and 2010, identifies 28 urban residential areas in the City, indicates the increase in the numbers of dwelling units between 2006 and 2010 and for each area, describes the mix of dwelling unit types, the general ages of the structures and presents
the net and gross residential dwelling unit densities.

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to renovate the existing vacant heritage structure to include two new storeys of residential space. The ground floor portion will remain commercial, while the upper floors will be converted to 11 residential units. The application requests to amend the C1-3 zone to allow for encroachment into the angular plane; reduce the parking requirement; eliminate the requirement for children's play space; and increase density.

Applications for Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-Law Amendment to renovate the existing one-storey building at 263 Weller Ave. and to construct a single storey addition to the west of the existing structure. The applicant is requesting to permit additional uses including
administrative office space; a clinic; a day care centre; a community centre; and, a community garden, whilst recognizing and permitting the existing commercial uses and community facilities.
