The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Administrative Amendments to Zoning By-Law No. 32-74 – City of Kingston

The purpose of the Administrative Amendment is to provide for minor corrections to the former Township of Pittsburgh Zoning By-Law that can be grouped into four (4) categories: clarity of administrative matters; revise and update Map Schedules; correct formatting errors; and correcting general errors such as typographical and grammatical.

58 Centre St. – Jennifer Bailey – D14-032-2013

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit two dwelling units within the existing structure. Two dwelling units are permitted within the current zone, however, an amendment is required to reduce the minimum required lot area.

273 and 275 Alfred St. – Henglee Kingston Inc. – D14-033-2013

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to convert the single-family dwelling at 273 Alfred St. to three residential units. The two units at 275 Alfred St. will remain, but zoning amendments are required to allow an addition to the existing building. The applicant is requesting relief for lot area, yard setbacks, lot coverage, minimum play space and amenity area requirements for 273 Alfred St. and 275 Alfred St.

Information Report re: City of Kingston, Isle of Man Road

The purpose of this information report is to advise Council of the appeals to the Ontario Municipal Board and to provide information to Planning Committee and Council regarding the position of the Planning and Development Department with respect to applications for Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision, which have been submitted by 2292922 Ontario Inc. for 2130 Isle of Man Lane and by 0862506 B.C. Ltd. for 2611 Isle of Man Road.

1136 Lisa St. – Michael LaFleur – D14-028-2013

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to implement one of the conditions. Final consent is to rezone the property from the Development "D" zone to an appropriate residential zone.

28 Albert St. and 222 Stuart St. – Queen's University – D14-013-2013

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit the construction of a 9-storey (32.7m high) 272-bed residence at 28 Albert St. site and a 5-storey (21.6m high) 274-bed ‘modified-U shape' residence at 222 Stuart St.
