The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below
beginning at 6:30 p.m.

PUBLIC MEETINGS:

725 Highway 15 – Homestead Land Holdings - Applicant – D09-001-2013 &
D14-002-2013

Applications for Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit two
4 storey buildings, each with 178 dwelling units.

BUSINESS (Items for Discussion/Recommendation):

1233 Midland Avenue – JEA Development Group –Applicant – D09-072-2012 &
D14-265-2012

Applications for Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit a
specialized memory care facility in a single storey building containing 46 suites.

70 St. Remy Place – Bell Mobility – Applicant - D11-254-2009
Application for Site Plan Control to construct a 45.7 metre communications tower
north of the CNR rail line, east of Sir John A. Macdonald Boulevard, south of Dalton
Avenue at the end of the western extension of St. Remy Place. As per City policies for
new communications towers, a Public Forum is required to be held by the Planning
Committee. Notice of this meeting has been sent to landowners within 120 metres of the
subject property and a sign has been posted on the subject lands. As the communications
tower is federally regulated, public consultation is required by Industry Canada and the
final approval for the tower will be issued by Industry Canada.

Information regarding the above can be viewed at the Planning and Development
Department, 1211 John Counter Blvd., during normal office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,
Monday to Friday.
