The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.
538 O'Connor Dr. – FoTenn Consultants Inc. – D14-006-2017
Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to expand the permitted uses in the current C7-2 zoning to include power sports equipment sales and a vehicle sales and rental establishment.
1276 Brackenwood Cres.– E.R. Trought Design – D14-002-2017
Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to reduce the parking requirement to one on-site parking space to accommodate both the principle dwelling unit and the secondary suite on the property. Relief from lot area and lot coverage is requested to recognize the existing structure.
346 University Ave. – Bob Clark – D14-172-2009
Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to permit two additional dwelling units within an existing four-storey, eight-unit apartment building. This proposal requires relief from zoning provisions for amenity space, parking, and habitation in the cellar.
332 Yonge St. – John Wilson– D14-001-2017
Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to permit habitation in the cellar to allow a secondary suite in the lower level of the existing single family dwelling.

Pending and committed development – City of Kingston
The purpose of this report is to provide information on the number of pending and committed residential dwelling units in the City's development inventory, limited to those within the urban boundary.This report also provides information on residential-building permit activity that has occurred between Jan. 1, 2007 and Dec. 31, 2016.
