The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.
411 Wellington St., Barriefield – Barriefield Limited Partnership – D14-003-2018
Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to permit residential and accessory uses on the site as well as to obtain relief from various zone provisions in order to facilitate the development of a three-storey retirement residence with 145 residential units and stacked row dwelling houses fronting on Wellington Street that are proposed to contain an additional 16 units.

700 Gardiners Rd., 1215 Woodhaven Dr., 1301 Woodhaven Dr., 965 Cataraqui Woods Dr., 1138 Hwy 15 & 1232 Hwy 15 – Tamarack/Taggart – D14-039-2017 & D14-040-2017
Applications for Zoning Bylaw amendment for portions of some of the applicants' draft approved subdivisions located within areas of West Village (Kingston West), Woodhaven (Kingston West) and Riverview (Kingston East). The proposed amendments are technical in nature to address the zoning interpretation of lots with two zones.
276-284 Kingsdale Ave. – IBI Group – D07-006-2017
Application for Final Plan of Condominium to convert the 117 dwelling units within the existing two apartment buildings from rental housing to condominiums. The subject property was recently rezoned (D14-034-2017) to recognize the existing structures and facilitate a severance application (D10-040-2017) to establish two separate lots. A Site Plan modification application (D11-035-2017) was also recently approved to recognize the existing on-site development.
