The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Public Meeting

70 Montreal St. – Marlene Young – D14-003-2017

Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to establish site-specific permission for a residential unit on the ground floor of the existing structure. This will permit a triplex with no commercial component in the existing building with one parking space on the subject property.

655 Graceland Ave. – Ainley Group Engineers and Planners – D14-041-2013 & D12-010-2013

Applications for Zoning Bylaw amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision to facilitate the development of a residential subdivision consisting of a total of 45 single-detached lots, one park block, one walkway and one stormwater management pond.

271, 273 Earl St. – IBI Group – D14-022-2016

Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to facilitate the construction of a three-and-a-half-storey, eight-unit residential building with a total of 32 bedrooms. An amendment to the Zoning Bylaw is requested to accommodate the increased density, maximum height, lot occupancy requirements and total number of stories. The applicant is proposing to reduce the minimum number of required parking spaces from eight to four. Additional zoning relief is also being requested to reduce the minimum bicycle parking space dimension, minimum on-site amenity space and play space, reduced yard setbacks, yard projections and reduced yard setbacks for accessory structures.
