The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.
495-513 Frontenac St. – Jay Patry Enterprises Inc. - D14-025-2018
Application for zoning by-law amendment to rezone the subject site, to amend the approved site-specific zoning and reconfigure the internal floor plans of the approved built form. The applicant is proposing to increase the number of dwelling units (from 71 to 99), decrease the number of bedroom (from 243 to 222), reduce the on-site parking ratio (from 0.92 parking space/dwelling unit to 0.67 parking spaces/dwelling unit), reduce the on-site bicycle parking ratio (from 1 space/dwelling unit to 0.5 spaces/dwelling unit) and reduce the on-site amenity space (from 3686.8 square metres to 1453 square metres).
2267-2271 Princess St. – IBI Group – D14-032-2018
Application for zoning by-law amendment, to demolish two existing building on the property and develop the property with a 4 storey hotel that includes 91 guest rooms. A total of 88 parking spaces including 4 accessible parking spaces are also being proposed on-site surrounding the proposed building.
Reddendale Neighbourhood – City of Kingston – D14-003-2019
City-initiated application for Zoning By-law Amendment to update the residential zoning standards applied within the R1-3 Zone in the Reddendale neighbourhood. The proposed amendment is being undertaken in response to a Council motion from December 19, 2017 which directed staff to advise them on the feasibility of developing a planning framework that is specific to addressing infill development pressures in the Reddendale neighbourhood.

Application for Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision to facilitate the development of a residential subdivision consisting of 45 single-detached dwelling lots, one park block, one public walkway and one stormwater management pond.
