The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.

685 Gardiners Rd. – SBLP Gardiners Road Inc. – D14-004-2019

Application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment to add permitted uses to the existing site-specific ‘C2-51' zone such as automobile body shop use, workspace use, and accessory vehicle storage use to allow for both indoor vehicle storage. The applicant is also seeking relief from additional zone provisions of Zoning Bylaw Number 76-26 to allow these existing buildings to be brought into compliance with the zoning bylaw.

Special events at municipally owned facilities – City of Kingston D14-028-2017

Application for a City initiated Zoning Bylaw Amendment for five municipally-owned properties. The purpose of the Zoning Bylaw Amendment is to permit trade shows and specific day retail sales as an accessory use at the Invista Centre (1350 Gardiners Road), Centre 70 Arena (100 Days Road), Cataraqui Community Centre (1030 Sunnyside Road), Kingston Memorial Centre (303 York Street) and Portsmouth Olympic Harbour (53 Yonge Street).
