Public Notice - Planning Committee - May 3, 2018

The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Public Meeting

316 Albert St. – HMD Drafting & Design – D14-006-2018

Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to permit the creation of two residential dwelling units in an existing single detached residential dwelling. Each unit is designed to contain four bedrooms per unit, with a total of eight bedrooms. No exterior changes are proposed to accommodate the second unit. An amendment is required regarding the minimum lot area required per unit, which is being reduced from 740 square metres to 461 square metres.
