The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.
783 King St. West – Paul Doherty – D14-005-2017
Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to rezone the property to allow the single parcel to be severed into two lots, each to be developed with a multi-unit residential building with three dwelling units containing 9 bedrooms on each parcel. Access will be provided by a shared driveway from King Street West. Parking is proposed to be provided at the rear of each building, with one parking space provided per dwelling unit.

5 Couper St. – John Walker – D14-046-2016
Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to permit the internal conversion of the existing building on the subject site, which contains two dwelling units with 17 total bedrooms, to create five dwelling units with 17 total bedrooms, and to facilitate the future severance of the property into three separately conveyable parcels. The conversion of the existing building is proposed through interior renovations. The proposal does not seek any expansion of the existing building footprint, scale or massing.
174 Wilson St. – Burton Courneya – D14-049-2016
Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to permit a 1.5-storey, semi-detached residential structure containing two, two-bedroom dwelling units on a 466 square metre lot. Parking is proposed to be provided in the side yards with driveways on either side of the proposed semi-detached structure. Amenity area will be provided in the front and rear yards.
