The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.
1020-1044 Lancaster Dr. – AECOM – D14-024-2018
Application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment to rezone the lands to allow a reconfiguration of the access and vehicular circulation to allow the two sites to function jointly to improve vehicular circulation, bus and parent drop off, and safety for children walking and being dropped off. To allow this change, the school sites need zoning relief to address different performance standards for each school as it relates to front yard parking and the angle of intersection of the driveway with the Public Road allowance.
Fee Bylaw Update – City of Kingston
The purpose of this public meeting is to present a proposed fee increases to the zoning bylaw amendments for developments in excess of 3000 square metres of floor area or 50 dwelling units; consent applications; requests for securities reduction; and Site Plan Control modifications. A new fee is also proposed for the pre-application process.
