The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.


Items for discussion/recommendation

60 Collingwood St. – John Hawes & FoTenn Consultants Inc. – D14-009-2019

Application for a Zoning Bylaw Amendment to rezone the property at 60 Collingwood Street to a site-specific ‘A.566' zone to permit the three existing dwelling units within the existing residential structure.

85 First Ave. – Braebury Development – D14-008-2019

Application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment to permit the redevelopment of a former school site as 24 residential lots that would follow the established pattern of a previously registered Plan of Subdivision. Of the 24 proposed lots, 23 would accommodate a single-detached dwelling with a second unit in the basement as well as a third unit within the upper level of a detached garage. One lot would contain a single-detached dwelling unit only. A total of 70 residential dwelling units are proposed on the subject property. The amendment is required to permit the proposed third unit on 23 of the lots and to provide relief from a range of zoning performance standards.
