The proposed development would maintain three dwelling units, but increase overall floor area and increase the total number of bedrooms from 11 to 19. Separate exterior accesses to each of the units would be provided. Vehicular access is proposed to the subject property's rear yard from the existing city laneway located west of the adjacent property and by the existing easement across the rear yard of 15 Couper Street. Three vehicle parking spaces will be provided in the rear yard, and one bicycle parking space will be provided inside each unit.
