The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Items for discussion/recommendation

2267& 2271 Princess St. – IBI Group– D14-032-2018

Application for a zoning by-law amendment to redevelop the subject property with a 4 storey hotel containing 91 guest rooms. A total of 86 at-grade parking spaces to support the use are proposed on-site.

189 Montreal St. – FoTenn Consultants & Marco DiPietrantonio – D14-035-2018

Application for a zoning by-law amendment to redevelop the subject property with one two-unit residential building and one three-unit residential building. Both buildings will be 2.5 storeys in height. A total of 117 square metres of amenity space is proposed at-grade in the rear yard. 6 vehicle parking spaces and 5 bicycle parking spaces are also proposed to be located in the rear yard.
