The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.
735 King St. W., 15, 21 & 27 McDonald Ave. and 60 & 62 Baiden St. – IBI Group Incorporated – D14-010-2019
Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to demolish the parish hall at 62 Baiden St. and construct two three-storey, six-unit modular apartment buildings on the site. The application also proposes to internally convert the rectory building at 15 McDonald St. to accommodate four dwelling units. No changes to the existing church building are proposed as part of this application.
11 & 27 Wright Cres. – CaraCo Development Corporation; Kingston & Frontenac Housing Corporation & FoTenn Consultants Inc. – D14-012-2019
Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to redevelop the sites municipally addressed as 11 and 27 Wright Cres. (previously known as 7 Wright Cres.). The proposed redevelopment consists of two apartment buildings with a total of 180 rental units. 11 Wright Cres. (eastern parcel) would consist of a six-storey apartment building containing 140 units with a gross floor area of 10,755 square metres. 27 Wright Cres. (western parcel) would contain a four-storey apartment building containing 40 units with a gross floor area of 3,194 square metres.

Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to convert an existing mixed commercial/residential use building to a five-unit dwelling. No additions or exterior alterations to the existing four-storey building are proposed.
