Public open house - Commercial land review

June 2, 2015 -

The City has recently started a commercial land review. The purpose of the review is to update the City's commercial inventory; to complete a commercial land supply and demand analysis; and to provide guidance and policy recommendations to update and improve the structure. The commercial land review will be fed into the Official Plan and the upcoming Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw.

The consultant team of Sorensen Gravely Lowes Planning and Design Inc. and urbanMetrics inc. will present an overview of their preliminary findings and review key issues to be addressed through this study.

6 - 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17 in Meeting Rooms A&B,
at the INVISTA Centre, 1350 Gardiners Rd.
Presentation at 6 p.m.
