Public open house - Kingston Transit downtown transfer point EA study

The study

The City of Kingston is conducting an environmental assessment study to address deficiencies and improve the passenger experience at the Kingston Transit downtown transfer point (DTP) at  the corner of Brock and Bagot streets.

The study evaluates three options:

  • No change to the existing DTP
  • Improving the DTP at the existing location
  • Relocating the DTP to a different location within the study area

Project Area

Public open house

We are hosting an open house to present the initial study findings and the draft recommendations. You are invited to attend, share your experience, and provide comments. Project team members will be available for one-on-one discussions.

Date: Tuesday, Sept. 22
Time: Visit any time between 6 and 9 p.m.
Location: Memorial Hall, City Hall, 216 Ontario St.

After the open house, we will complete the study and submit a project file report (PFR) to the Ministry of the Environment and other key agencies. This report will be made available for public review for a period of 30 days.
