null Register your activity for Culture Days in Kingston

July 25, 2016 –

Anyone with a passion for culture and the arts is invited to present an activity during Culture Days in Kingston.  The three-day celebration takes place in more than 825 communities across Canada from Sept. 30 to Oct. 2.

"We're calling out to local individuals and organizations with an invitation to present an activity during Culture Days weekend. The only requirements to present an event are: your activity must be accessible to all; free; participation-based; and registered at," said Bob Giarda, City of Kingston cultural services communications officer. "Think of Culture Days as ‘cultural sampling' – an opportunity for the public to try your activity by participating in your event with the hope they will make culture a part of their daily lives."

Culture is an integral part of what makes Kingston so vibrant. This annual event is an opportunity to publicly showcase the enormous talent and creativity that exists right here in Kingston.  In fact, more than 7,500 free activities will take place in Canada to celebrate the 7th anniversary of Culture Days.
