Slide into summer at Tomlinson Aqua Park! Open starting June 2

May 31, 2018 -

Kingston's favourite outdoor water park opens on weekends starting Saturday, June 2. Located at 303 York St., Tomlinson Aqua Park offers residents an affordable way to stay active – and cool – all summer long.

"Nothing says summer like zipping down the 10-metre waterslide or floating on the lazy river," says Lynda Breen, supervisor, recreation programs with the City of Kingston. "There really is something for everyone at Tomlinson Aqua Park. The splash pad and tot pool are great for the youngest Kingstonians while the lazy river, waterside and spacious pools provide hours of entertainment and enjoyment for summer fun seekers," adds Breen.

Amenities at Tomlinson Aqua Park include:

  • 25-metre lane pool
  • Leisure pool
  • Diving board
  • Tot pool
  • Spray features
  • Waterslide (users must be 48"/122 cm tall to use the slide)
  • Lazy river
  • Family change rooms
  • Accessible beach entry
  • Day lockers

Tomlinson Aqua Park will be open Saturday and Sunday, 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., subject to light and weather conditions. For updates on closures, follow City of Kingston on Facebook or Twitter.

Drop-in daytime admission is $3.50 per person, evening admission is $2.50 per person and twelve-visit and season passes are available. City of Kingston FitPasses are also accepted at this facility.

Tomlinson Aqua Park will offer extended operating days and hours after June 22.
