Use Google Transit or the www.KingstonTransit.ca/TripPlanner to plan your trip by Kingston Transit and use your Queen's or St. Lawrence student card to hop on board.
Real-time arrival and departure information for all Kingston Transit routes can be found via your computer, smartphone, and tablet with your preferred transit app. To access real-time arrival information, riders can use Google Maps on your computer, smartphone or tablet. Real-time information is also available by using other free transit apps found in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Garbage, green bin and recycling
Sign-up for collection reminders at www.CityofKingston.ca/Collection. This is the single most effective way to improve your life in K-Town.
The City collects one bag of garbage a week. Plastic and metal containers go in your blue box. Paper and plastic bags go in your grey box. The boxes go out on alternate weeks on your collection day. Don't know what to throw out? Go to www.CityofKingston.ca/WasteLookup.
Utilities Kingston is the local multi-utility provider for water, wastewater, gas and electricity services.
