Take part in over 50 free fitness classes during Fitness Frenzy

September 9, 2019 -

Rev-up your fall fitness routine with a free fitness class during Fitness Frenzy, Monday, Sep. 16 to Monday, Sept. 22.

Find the complete schedule of Fitness Frenzy classes at www.CityofKingston.ca/FeatureEvents.

"‘The free Fitness Frenzy classes are being offered at both of these recreation centres next week and include Kickboxing, yoga, strength training for older adults, Tabata, cycle fit and dance fitness for 50+," says Niamh Nicholas, fitness and wellness program coordinator.

Please note that spaces are limited and participants are required to sign in at the front desk 20 minutes before the class begins.

Wellness Pass – two facilities for one great deal

After you try out a fitness class and facility, sign up for an annual wellness pass. The Wellness Pass works out to cost $34 a month for adults and $27 a month for youths (plus HST) and includes access to pools, sauna, gymnasium, cardio/weight rooms and drop-in programming (including aqua-fit!) at the Artillery Park Aquatic Centre, 382 Bagot St. and the INVISTA Fitness and Wellness Centre, 1350 Gardiners Rd.

For the location and time of each of the free fitness programs being offered, go to: www.CityofKingston.ca/Fitness.
