Utilities Kingston's regular phone lines unavailable from 6-7 p.m., call 911 in emergency

Due to planned maintenance on the voice system from 6-7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 29, Utilities Kingston will be unable to accept inbound calls to its regular 24-hour emergency line during this time.

If you need to reach us about a serious or potentially life-threatening utility emergency such as a natural gas leak or downed power line, call 911 immediately. For other assistance during this time, reach our after-hours call centre directly by phoning 613-536-0215, tweet to @utilitieskngstn or send us a message on Facebook /UtilitiesKingston.
