Vote online or in person until 8 p.m. on Oct. 22

More than 6,200 residents so far have exercised their right to vote in the municipal election both in person, on Advance Voting Day on Saturday, Oct. 13, and via Internet voting.
As of 9 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 15:
- 6,237 total ballots have been cast
- 4,072 in person
- 2,165 by Internet
Kingstonians have one more week to cast their municipal election ballots securely online at www.CityofKingston.ca/Vote.
Internet voting is open until Oct. 22 at 8 p.m. Voters must be registered online by 7 p.m. on Oct. 22 to allow enough time to vote. Instructions on Internet Voting can be found on your Voter Information Notice (VIN).
Monday, Oct. 22 is Voting Day – the final day to vote in person or online. To vote in person, bring your VIN and an acceptable form of ID to any voting place in your district.

Voters are reminded that this year's municipal election ballot will include a Yes/No question about whether they are in favour of using a Ranked Ballot Voting system starting with the 2022 municipal election. Learn about Ranked Ballot Voting at www.CityofKingston.ca/RankedVoting.
