null Want to feel awesome? Come to City’s fitness open house.

January 4, 2016 –

Want to feel awesome? Come to the City of Kingston's fitness open house from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 9 at the INVISTA Fitness Centre and Artillery Park Aquatic Centre.

"Make 2016 a year of feeling awesome.  Come try our welcoming, affordable facilities. Bring a friend, take a tour and try a fitness class," says Lynda Breen, supervisor recreation programs.

She encourages you to consider getting the annual Wellness Pass – it offers access to both City fitness centres for one great price. Enjoy the cardio and strength equipment, drop-in programming, pool and sauna at both welcoming facilities for less than $33 a month for adults and under $27 a month for teens.
