Through a generous grant from TD Bank Group, upgrades and enhancements to our well-used and loved Victoria Park have been made. Enhancements include a new splash pad and water conservation garden which will create a more inviting space to welcome the community while also showcasing responsible environmental practices. Ribbon cutting and plaque unveiling at 11 a.m. at Victoria Park. Fun inflatable activities and games, balloon twisting, local food trucks, great music and some magical strolling entertainment for all ages Enjoy a free small gelato (available to the first 200 guests) Utilities Kingston Water Buggy will be in Victoria Park (bring your refillable water bottle). Pack a lunch to enjoy in the park or bring some cash to purchase lunch from one of our many local food vendors! Kingston is one of seven municipalities to benefit from the TD Common Ground Project in celebration of Canada's 150th year of Confederation, which will support a diverse range of projects across Canada to help grown and enhance community green spaces.
