Do I need a building permit?
The City has compiled a helpful list of instances where you require a building permit and instances where you do not require a building permit. You can also visit the building permit page for more information.
I can't activate my account. What should I do?
When you create an account, a confirmation email is sent to the email address you entered. First, ensure that the email address entered is correct, then make sure you check your junk mail folder for the confirmation email. If you have not received an email, contact DASH support at DASH@cityofkingston.ca or 613-546-4291 ext. 3280 to have your account manually activated.
