I would like to express my gratitude and thanks to all of the residents that attended Planning Committee last night. There were two major development applications being considered: Official Plan & Zoning Bylaw Amendment, Draft Plan of Subdivision & Community Improvement Plan Amendment for the former Davis Tannery lands and site plan control application for 495-513 Frontenac Street.
The feedback received during the public meeting for the former Davis Tannery lands and open discussion related to the site plan approval for the Frontenac Street site plan form a critical part of the planning process for our City. The application being considered for the former Davis Tannery is undergoing the process of technical review through City departments and commenting agencies, which will result in detailed critical feedback that will be provided to the applicant for consideration and incorporation into the development concept.
