Notice of Change – City Vendors

The City is proud to announce the launch of its new financial management system on July 4, 2017. This new system will increases the automation and standardization of the City's purchasing processes. The goal is to improve transparency, efficiency and tracking of corporate purchases and related vendor payments.

As of July 4 most City purchases will require a purchase order prior to the delivery of goods or services. Please ensure any invoices issued to the City clearly display the purchase order number. To do business with the City, you must agree to the Standard Terms and Conditions.

The City uses Biddingo for issuing City Tenders, RFPs and RFIs. The use of Biddingo is aimed at streamlining purchasing administration, is an industry standard and will be familiar to most suppliers.

Procurement opportunities including Tenders, Requests for Proposal, Requests for Information and other related bid information are no longer posted on the City's website. For current procurement opportunities visit: www.biddingo.com/kingston.

The party downloading the RFP, RFI or tender consents to the public distribution of the information they have provided to receive the download.
