Feedback from this survey will be used to make updates to the City's Accessibility Plan. The survey will be open from Aug. 30 to Sept. 15.
If you are a person with a disability who visits, lives, studies or works in the City of Kingston, or you care or advocate for someone with a disability, we want to hear about your experiences. Everyone is invited to help us know what is needed to make Kingston more accessible. Your responses will help set priorities and clear goals for the next phase of accessibility planning in Kingston.
Participation is completely voluntary. If you do not wish to answer some or all of the questions, then you can skip any questions or stop the survey at any time.
Your privacy is important to us. Information is gathered and used in compliance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act to help the City achieve its accessibility goals and meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). This is an anonymous survey. No personal information will be collected. Contact the Accessibility Office for questions related to the collection of information in this survey.
Thank you for participating in this survey.
