Letters of Welcome
A Letter of Welcome can be requested by individuals, businesses or organizations who are hosting an event or conference in Kingston. The purpose of the letter is to welcome visitors to Kingston and to wish them an enjoyable stay.
- The letter will be sent in PDF format to the email address provided.
- A request for a Letter of Welcome is separate from a request for the Mayor to attend an event.
- Submit your request at least two weeks in advance. Once it is submitted and processed, Mayor's Office staff will e-mail the completed letter to the contact provided.
