null City invites residents to "Show us your Kingston"
April 10, 2017 -
The City of Kingston wants to see – and show – Kingston through YOUR eyes.
Upload your photos of Kingston by July 3 and you could win vouchers for a 2017/18 Grand Theatre Presents show or a 10-ride Kingston Transit card. Submitted photos may be used in City communications to show the beauty, diversity and vibrancy of Kingston life and all its moods.
"East-end, west-end, north-end, midtown and rural Kingston – we are hoping to see all kinds of neighbourhoods and all kinds of Kingstonians. Show us your personality when you show us your Kingston," says Debbi Miller, manager, communications and public engagement.
Some of the most compelling images used by the City have been submitted by residents. They have appeared in City-produced communications like the Annual Report, ads, posters and on the City's website, Twitter and Facebook feeds.
Share photographs of:
- Your walk to work or school.
- Your play spaces.
- Your neighbourhood.
- Your family and friends enjoying the city.
- A cherished view.
