Re: Part of the South 1/2 of Lot 1, Registered Plan No. 68, City of Kingston, County of Frontenac, designated as Parts 1 and 2 on the attached draft reference plan dated April 15, 2016, signed by Leslie M. Higginson, Ontario Land Surveyor, Land Titles Division of Frontenac (No. 13), being all of the PIN. Subject to an easement over Part 2, as in FR186993 and FR197287

The said plan is available for inspection at 216 Ontario Street, Kingston, Ontario

Take Notice That The Corporation of the City of Kingston, herein called the applicant, intends to apply to be registered as the owner with an absolute title to the above described land.

And Take Notice That any person claiming to have any title to or interest in the said land or any part of it is required on or before June 5, 2016 to file a statement of objection, which sets out the nature and extent of the interest claimed in the objection, together with all evidence, documents or legal provisions and precedents relied upon in support of the objection, directed to the land registrar at the address of the solicitor at the following address:
