1656 Crimson Cres. – D13-051-2015
The purpose of the application is to request a reduction of the minimum required setbacks from the side and rear lot lines to recognize the location of a swimming pool and utility shed located in the rear yard.
2707 Highway 15 – D13-015-2017
The purpose of the application is to request a reduction of the side-yard requirement from 12 metres to 2.83 metres to permit the construction of a 56.5 square metre addition to the rear of a single-family dwelling.
32 Ellerbeck St. – D13-016-2017
The purpose of the application is to request a reduction of the side yard and rear yard for the location of an accessory shed in the back yard. The proposed shed would be 3.6 by 5.2 metres and is larger than the 1.9 by 2.5 metre shed that it would replace. The shed would be located 0.6 metres from the lot lines.
74 Gore St. – D13-018-2017
The purpose of the application is to request approval for the construction of a single-family dwelling on the subject property, previously severed from 76 Gore St. in 2011. The proposed dwelling is 10 metres in height, 6.27 metres wide,17 metres deep and includes three stories of finished floor area totalling 250 square metres.
