768 Princess Street - Minor Variance - D13-060-2018
The purpose and effect of the application is to request variances to reduce the parking space dimensions, reduce the loading space dimensions and allow parking to be located on a portion of the front yard in order to facilitate the conversion of the vacant commercial space to a restaurant /microbrewery use which is permitted.
The property is also the subject of an application for Site Plan Control under the Planning Act (City File Number D11-040-2018).
17 Rideau Street - Permission - D13-023-2018
The purpose and effect of the application for permission to expand a legal non-conforming use (row house dwelling unit) is to reconstruct and expand an existing second storey elevated rear deck while maintaining 2 parking spaces below. Access to the rear yard parking will be maintained through the shared right of way over the abutting properties.
1517 Sunnyside Road - Consent and Minor Variance - D10-032-2018, D10-033-2018 and D13-046-2018
Through application D10-032-2018 (Proposed Severed Lot 1), the applicants propose to sever an 18.3 hectare parcel of land with 98 metres of road frontage on Sunnyside Road. The severed lot will maintain the existing residential use on private on-site services and barn.
Through application D10-033-2018 (Proposed Severed Lot 2), the applicants propose to sever a 1.3 hectare parcel of undeveloped land with 160 metres of road frontage on Sunnyside Road. The retained vacant parcel of land will have a lot area of 14.68 hectares of land with 294 metres of frontage on Bur Brook Road.
A minor variance application (D13-046-2018) is requested to reduce the minimum road frontage requirement from 100 metres to 95 metres for Proposed Severed Lot 1. A second variance is required for Severed Lot 1, regarding the interpretation of zoning provisions for lots with more than one zone.

Any person or public body may provide written comments or oral submissions in respect of the proposed application. Written comments must be provided to the Secretary Treasurer, Committee of Adjustment no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 26, 2018. Oral submissions must be made to the Committee of Adjustment at the time and place noted in this Public Notice.
