Public Notice - 2015 Budget Meeting Schedule

Public Notice of The City of Kingston's council meeting schedule for the 2015 Operating and Capital Budget Deliberations, for The Corporation of the City of Kingston, including the municipally-owned Utilities.
NOTICE is hereby given that the council of The Corporation of the City of Kingston will be commencing its operating and capital budget discussions on January 20. At these meetings the council of The Corporation of the City of Kingston will also give consideration to amend the following bylaws: Bylaw No. 2010-17, A Bylaw to Impose Gas Rates; Bylaw No. 2011-24, A Bylaw to Impose Water & Wastewater Rates; Bylaw No. 2012-22, A Bylaw to Impose Miscellaneous Charges and Appliance Rental Rates, to reflect the council-approved rates for 2015; and presenting bylaws to adopt the Operating and Capital Budgets.
2015 Budget Meeting Schedule
The proposed 2015 Budget meeting schedule is listed below. The meetings will begin at 6 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 216 Ontario St.:
- Tuesday, Jan. 20 Committee of the Whole Budget Review Meeting
- Wednesday, Jan. 21 Committee of the Whole Budget Review Meeting
- Thursday, Jan. 22 Committee of the Whole Budget Review Meeting (if required)
City Council proposes to adopt the 2015 Municipal Operating and Capital Budget at its meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 3.
