The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Items for discussion/recommendation
655 Graceland Ave. – Ainley Graham & Associates Limited – D14-041-2013 & D12-010-2013
A supplementary report has been prepared with respect to a deferral of the applications for, zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision by Planning Committee on March 7, 2019. The proposed subdivision consists of 45 single-detached dwelling lots, a parkland block, a stormwater block and a public walkway block.
800 John Marks Ave. – D07-003-2018
The applicant is proposing to establish a Common Elements Condominium on the subject property. It is proposed that there will be 12 parcels of tied land (POTL) and areas which will be considered common elements. The common elements will be comprised of internal parking areas, open space, landscaped areas, utilities and underground services as well as stormwater management facilities. The 12 parcels of tied land will include the eleven (11) buildings which have been approved and are currently under construction through an existing Site Plan Control Agreement. The proposal to create 12 parcels of tied land is being completed via Plan of Subdivision, which is being processed concurrently with this Condominium application.
