September 21, 2015 –
Join Mayor Bryan Paterson and the City of Kingston's CAO, Gerard Hunt, at the grand reopening of the newly renovated 1211 John Counter Blvd. at 11a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29.
This City location offers front line counter service for engineering, building, planning – and now licensing services, which will be available at both 1211 John Counter Blvd. and City Hall.
"The changes made at the city's John Counter Boulevard offices are centered on enhancing customer service," says Mayor Bryan Paterson.
"We have added licensing services at this location along with engineering, building, planning. This is about making it easier for residents to access a number of related services in a one-stop shop."
This grand reopening of 1211 John Counter Blvd. signals the completion of the major overhaul of this City campus, which also hosts the Kingston Transit, the City's vehicle storage and cleaning facilities, Kingston Transit, Utilities Kingston and a stormwater pond.
